good value, we would recommend the hotel to friends. we could visit albena beach, which was 10 minutes on foot. there was private parking.

Internet access too expensive for a 4 star hotel. It should be free in the lobby area at least like in Spain for instance.

We had a lovely Christmas vacation close to the beach. the hotel was strategically located, with only a short walk to the private beach and accessible shops. the animation team, especially Viki and Emo, kept us amused with their fun activities and shows. Another advantage was the heated outdoor pool and the availability of a spa center for relaxation.
The room cleanliness was substandard, and not all the staff was welcoming. the food variety was limited, and the quality was not satisfactory.

The hotel is ideally located near the beach, offering its guests a variety of fun activities close by. the hotel management is willing and open to catering to their guests' needs, such as providing more utensils in the restaurant. Guests have also noted the quality of food in the Green Apple restaurant.

We couldn't have had a better family vacation. Great location – the beach was just a short walk away, and the hotel had a beautiful garden. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and we enjoyed sitting out on our balcony, taking in the sea view. The breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of variety. Additionally, we appreciated that there were two restaurants to choose from and that the hotel was willing to accommodate our request for a change of venue.

The hotel had an amazing view of the sea from all the rooms. I also enjoyed the variety of food offered in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and water without having to travel far.
The drinks available for all-inclusive guests weren't great, and the soft drinks were mostly flavored water. The cleaning of the rooms could have been better, especially since they were sometimes cleaned while we were still in the room.
